We are an ISO 9001:2000 certified, Excise Registered company with TEN years experience in this Plastic Injection moulding line. Our Factory is located at Pallikaranai, (Near Velachery) Chennai. Our Injection moulding unit comprises of Windsor SP180H, CNC Controlled POLO 150 models, Imported New FCS HT200, FCS HT150, DT90, HT350 & HT520 Injection moulding machines and all needed accessories such as Mould Temperature Controller, Hopper drier, Oven, Grinder, Mixer & necessary mould loading equipment. |

| SPECIAL FEATURES OF THE MACHINE :- |

Our Injection moulding machines are machines with bigger platen size, to enable us to load bigger moulds. These machines have High pressure Injection screw barrel which enables us to run High grade Engineering plastics to good consistency and Quality. The Specification list shows the various features of the machine. The Factory is spacious with optimum storage area with easy mould loading facility. |

The moulding unit is operated with experienced operators and supervisors. We ensure that the products will be supplied with the required quality level promptly. We are at present supplying components to Woory Automotives, INZI Controls. We have specialized ourselves in Engineering plastics such as Polycarbonate, GPPS, SAN, Nylon, GFNylon, Noryl, ABS,PBT etc.
